Located less than a mile from Historic Downtown Stillwater, this charming rambler-style duplex offers convenient access to the city's boutique shopping, restaurants, scenic riverfront, wineries, breweries, golf courses, and St. Croix River cruises.

Perfect for families, wedding parties, golf groups, and other gatherings, the property consists of an upper and lower unit that can be reserved together as one spacious home. Please note that the two units are not connected internally; moving between them requires walking around the outside of the house.

The lower-level unit is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with a variety of accessibility needs, including those who use wheelchairs. Together, the two units offer six comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two inviting living spaces, and two fully equipped kitchens, providing ample room for everyone to relax and gather.

Each kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, and essential cooking supplies. We also provide dish soap, cooking oil, a selection of spices, and complimentary coffee and tea to help you settle in. Bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. Guests should bring their own groceries, beverages, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

The property offers plenty of off-street parking, including space for multiple vehicles or a boat.

Traveling with a smaller group? Each apartment can also be booked separately. If your group requires more than six bedrooms, we'd be happy to help. We also have additional vacation rentals in Minneapolis and St. Paul to accommodate larger groups.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
