The three bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day spent celebrating a wedding, playing golf, exploring nearby wineries and breweries, or enjoying a fun-filled day on a river boat cruise.
In addition to the cozy bedrooms and common area, there is a well-stocked kitchen available if you would like to prepare meals during your stay. The kitchen includes a full complement of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, and silverware. We provide dish soap, spices, oil, and a small selection of coffee and tea. Guests should bring their own groceries, beverages, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. We also provide towels for use in the home, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Lilac Apartment offers plenty of off-street parking for vehicles or a boat, though the lower parking area is shared with Morning Glory Apartment located downstairs. If you have a large group and would like to book nearby accommodations, you can reserve each apartment separately or together as Daffodil House. If your group needs more than six bedrooms, please let us know, as we also have additional vacation rentals in Minneapolis and St. Paul to help accommodate larger groups.
Laundry facilities may be available, subject to availability and condition. Availability is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided if unavailable or not working.

We’re both nurses from Minneapolis, and we enjoy meeting people and helping guests feel at home while traveling. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
